I have been a patient of doctor Paschual for more than a decade and he is a very good PA. The only reason I will give one star to this office is because they hire people to answer the phone that dont know how to handle his agenda. I have an appointment with Paschual for a follow up visitor on July 22nd and mind you, today is June 30th, the day I called the office to change my appointment because I just realized I have another appointment with a specialist at the same day and time . So I spoke to Tina at call center , trying to explain her and asked to change my appointment with Paschual , not only she was rude on the phone and told me he doesnt have anything open until September(I can tell you she told me without checking his agenda because she told me right away ), she also told me to cancel my other appointment with the specialist . (Really Tina??!!). The sound of her voice was of someone that doesn’t care about helping the patients and accommodate them according their needs. She never offered me an option , other than cancelling my other appointment with the Specialist . Not even an appointment over the phone. I hope I can find another doctor with people that communicates better

All of the staff was very pleasant. However, before having a conversation with what was to be my new primary care Dr, she reviewed my medication list from the computer and said "I cant possibly prescribe any of these meds". Mind you, we only said hello to one another. I am sure she was/is overwhelmed by the enormous Healthcare system as well as are. I am giving the office another chance this Monday, with another Dr. So...be warned, I am not looking for anything other than a conversation. Gee, I hope they are up for it.

When I went to my first appointment it was very crowded in the patient waiting room and I thought, what am I getting into but to my surprise it was organized and worth the limited wait. My doctor, Dr. Carey Ann(e?) Connolly was phenomenal and well prepared for our inaugural appointment. She is a true professional, friendly but no nonsense on medical issues. I really appreciate her concern for me as a patient and I'm sure she has concern for all that come to her as patients. Overall, I'm impressed with those at the front desk when checking in, the back desk staff when scheduling next appointments, and the staff performing the prelim weighing, blood pressure measurement, etc. Great place with excellent, caring doctor and staff.

I’m very happy with Tyler and her office. I finally found a provider who truly listens and cares. There’s no rushing or brushing things off just real attention and compassion. She explained everything clearly and made me feel like my concerns genuinely mattered. That level of respect is rare. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Tyler.

I’ve generally had a very positive experience with this office, especially with my primary provider, Dr. Martha Khris, who has always been punctual and professional—that’s why I plan to continue my care here. I wanted to share feedback about a recent visit. I had a 7:30 AM appointment with Dr. Conolly and arrived 5–10 minutes early. The provider did not arrive until around 7:45am give or take a few minutes, and during that time there was no communication about the delay. After waiting about 45 minutes, I was called to the front desk and asked if I had canceled my appointment, which I had not. I understand that scheduling issues can happen, but the lack of communication and the unexpected cancellation after a long wait was frustrating and did not feel like a fair patient experience. Overall, I value the care I receive here and hope this feedback helps improve communication and scheduling processes.
